This package was designed to have an automation system ready to be integrated into your cell. This means that the RXplastics Pack comes with an interface box ready to connect the Injection Molding Machine (IMM), the gripper I/O, the cell safety door and the cell I/O in conjunction with a plastics software interface for simple robot / cell programming.

The RX plastics Pack includes:

RXplastics robot arm with standard color and smooth finish

CS7B MV5 robot controller (AWC 040 processor)

Interconnection cable controller-arm (5 or 10 m)

Manual Control Pendant (MCP)

V_CELL plastics software

Electrical interface box (Euromap 12 version 1.1/ SPI standard) ready to connect to IMM, gripper I/O, cell I/O and cell safety door
