소프트웨어의 용도 (PURPOSE)

-

 

 

 

V_REGAUTO is an adjustment software for the RX robot range with the purpose of aligning each joint's mechanical zero with the encoder's electrical zero.

-

 

The operation consists of identifying a location in space using an optical system and taking up two different configurations.

-

 

This allows the automatic adjustment of the concerned axis.

-

 

This operation is performed on each robot at the end of the robot assembly process as well as a change of transmission components

 

 

소프트웨어의 기능 (FUNCTIONS)

V_REGAUTO allows:

 - Arm adjustment without gripper removal.  The spacer is fixed between the robot flange and     the gripper.

 - Identification of error generation from the arm or the gripper.

 - Adjustments and checks performed automatically without operator intervention.

 - Adjustment location definition depending on the peripherical robotic equipment.
 - Adjustment for both the floor and ceiling mounted versions.
