 기능 (ASSIGNMENT)

Because of low dimensions and high reliability this instrument can be used for ozone background monitoring in inhabited zone, for ozone monitoring in different process working zone when concentrations are near extreme marginal values. This analyzer is a basis model of chemiluminescent ozone meters, manufactured in the enterprise. Analyzer is a main resort of measuring in the level of extreme marginal values in Russia in present.

 운용원리 (PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION)

Gas analyzer is a gas comparator providing high linearity of signal transformation function. The comparison is carried out between a model mixed gas from calibrator and analyzable gas. The basis of analyzer 3-02 П1 operation is an effect of the heterogeneous chemiluminescence, which is carried out due to ozone exothermic reaction with composition oxidizable chemical substances. The intensity of a composition luminescence is proportional to density of ozone in a mixed gas. Intensity is measured and transformed to the digital signal, indicated in the analyzer display. Built-in micropump provides the feed of analyzable gas sample in chemiluminescent reactor.
